Hi,
I am passionate about releasing the potential of people whether as an organisation, department, group, team or individuals. Releasing by creating the ability (check out http://www.create-ability.co.uk) for effective leadership, management and empowering support to fulfil the agreed purpose.
Based in Leeds close to the airport is ideal for working with clients around the UK and abroad as well as getting out into my favourite area, the North Yorkshire Limestone Dales. Handy since one of my past-times is finding and exploring new caves and potholes especially in Nidderdale, as well as volunteering on the Upper Wharfedale Fell and Cave Rescue Team (check out http://www.uwfra.org.uk) based in Grassington. I also volunteer at a local church in Bradford,The Abundant Life Centre (check out http://www.alm.org.uk) providing input on the leadership academy and community work.
I am a real family man and proud of my wife Issy and our kids Beccy, Jesse, Josh and Jake. Actually they are not kids now three having grown up and left home. All are confident strong stable secure individuals who know their personality and different strengths. They all have their own passions and are actively serving others in one capacity or another. I am a very blessed man.
